Before joining IntegraMed, Greg Investment Co., Ltd. was the general consultant of Greg Investment Co., Ltd., a global multi-strategy investment company committed to investing and creating value in enterprises in developed countries and emerging markets. Previously, Greg served as Vice President for Financial Group, Corporate and Corporate Legal Counsel, responsible for the regulatory and transactional aspects of the Pan-Asian and Mexican Prudential/Latin America asset management business. The position follows over seven years of experience in Clifford Opportunity Law Firm in Manhattan, as an attorney in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, securities laws and partnership laws, while also specializing in corporate governance and structural issues. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from Harvard University, Columbia University Law School and a doctorate in law. He is a member of a New York bar.

Dr. Shazand successfully hosted leadership roles in public institutions (McGill University, Ontario Cancer Institute) and Canadian biotech companies (procrea Biosciences, DSM biologics) and the United States (Rubicon Genomics). He has over 20 years of experience in biomedical genomics and a high-level publication record.

From 1998 to 2007, he served in various operations at Southern Health Company and became Senior Vice President of Outpatient Department. In successfully assisting the sales clinic to select Medical Group in May 2007, he served as the district president of the West Region overseeing 350+ locations. Since early 2009, he has served as branch director in the Internet Medical Department. During his tenure, he developed a new worker compensation professional network product that enables practice to participate in the S80 billion USD market with a larger market share.
